This Refund Policy governs all transactions made with Clarisco Solutions, including software products, custom development projects, consulting services, and related digital offerings. By making a purchase or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this policy.

Clients are strongly urged to review all product demos, documentation, and project scopes thoroughly before making any purchase or initiating any project. Placing an order or signing a project agreement signifies that the product or service aligns with your requirements and that you agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all services and offerings provided by Clarisco Solutions, including:

  • Ready-made software products and script licenses
  • Custom software, web, and mobile application development
  • Blockchain, AI, and emerging technology solutions
  • Consulting and advisory services
  • Support, maintenance, and subscription plans
  • Third-party integrations and API-based implementations

General Refund Policy

All sales made by Clarisco Solutions are final. Our products and services are digital and non-tangible in nature, and once delivered, payment cannot be reversed. Refunds will not be issued under any general circumstances once a product has been downloaded, deployed, or a project has commenced.

Clients are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of our products and services before purchase. Clarisco Solutions provides fully functional demos, documentation, and pre-sales consultations to enable informed decision-making. Proceeding with a purchase confirms that the product meets the client's requirements.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Ready-Made Software Products

The source code or product has been delivered via email, download link, or deployment, regardless of whether it has been used. The client changes their preference after purchase, including deciding not to use the product or switching to an alternative solution. The product performs as demonstrated in the official live demo and documentation, but does not satisfy subjective individual expectations that were not communicated before purchase.

Issues arise due to the client's own server environment, hosting setup, browser configuration, or internet connectivity, as these are covered under our support policy, not this refund policy. The client fails to comply with local laws, regulations, or business model restrictions in their jurisdiction. Clients bear full responsibility for verifying legal requirements before purchase.

An app is rejected by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store due to platform-specific policies, business model conflicts, or other decisions that are solely at the discretion of those third-party platforms. Security-related issues arise after delivery, as no software is entirely immune to evolving vulnerabilities. Refunds will not be issued on this basis.

The client raises concerns about code quality after delivery. Code samples are available upon request before purchase.

Custom Development Projects

Development has commenced following client approval of the Scope of Work (SOW) or Task Breakdown Document (TBD). Once resources are allocated and work begins, refunds will not be issued for completed work. The project is cancelled or postponed after development has begun. All payments made are non-refundable for work already completed, and any outstanding balance for work performed beyond what was paid shall remain due.

The client requests features, changes, or additions beyond the originally approved scope. Out-of-scope requests are separately billable and do not qualify for refund disputes. Delays occur due to third-party API limitations, external service restrictions, or environmental dependencies outside Clarisco Solutions' control.

The final deliverable has been handed over as per the approved Task Breakdown Document. No refund requests will be entertained after final delivery.

Support & Subscription Services

Support packages or subscription plans that have been activated and are in active use. Any period of service already rendered under a support or maintenance plan.

Dispute Resolution

Clarisco Solutions is committed to addressing client concerns professionally. If you experience a technical issue or believe there is a genuine error on our part, contact our support team immediately. Our team will investigate the matter and work toward a fair resolution, which may include technical fixes, rework, or account credits at Clarisco's sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients must contact Clarisco Solutions directly before initiating any chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a breach of this agreement and will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all active services and deliverables.
  • Revocation of all software licenses granted under the purchase.
  • Legal proceedings to recover the disputed amount, along with any associated costs and damages.
  • Continued use of delivered software after a chargeback is upheld constitutes intellectual property infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Third-Party Integrations & External Dependencies

Clarisco Solutions is not responsible for delays, failures, or limitations caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or services. These include, but are not limited to, payment gateways, app store approvals, cloud providers, and external data sources.

No refunds will be issued for delays or non-delivery resulting from external factors beyond Clarisco Solutions' direct control. Clarisco will make reasonable efforts to communicate such limitations and work toward alternative solutions.

Policy Amendments

Clarisco Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Clients are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.
