Our client, a fintech innovator in the institutional fixed income space, faced a fundamental challenge as private credit and corporate bond markets remained inaccessible to most investors due to high minimums, poor liquidity, and opaque pricing. We designed a complete Private Credit & Bond Tokenization Platform that converts real-world debt instruments into compliant digital securities on blockchain rails. Built across 18 weeks with advanced modules, the platform handles the complete lifecycle from instrument onboarding and legal wrapper structuring to token issuance, investor onboarding, secondary market trading, coupon distribution, and maturity settlement. Every token is backed by a verified off-chain asset, bridged on-chain via a regulated custodian layer and secured by audited smart contracts. At launch, the platform enabled fractional participation in private credit instruments from as low as $1,000, dramatically widening access to an asset class previously reserved for institutions.
